Paul T. Lysan, CPA, CFA

Paul Lysan has worked in the investment and financial services industry for more than twenty-five years. Prior to starting an investment advisory, financial planning, and public accounting practice in Wakefield, MA he had Wall Street experience as a Vice President for 3˝ years with Tucker Anthony Incorporated, a full-service brokerage firm in Boston, MA. His professional experience includes the following affiliations: investment analyst for FFPS Brokerage, Inc. a financial planning subsidiary of The Travelers; investment analyst for Aetna Realty Investors; financial officer and mutual fund consultant for Newcomb & Company, Inc; bank examiner for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation; and principal of Atlantic Securities and Capital Management, Inc., an NASD registered broker-dealer.

He earned an MBA degree in Finance from the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics from Cornell University. Mr. Lysan has also completed continuing professional education courses in taxation and accounting at Bentley College.

Mr. Lysan has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Massachusetts since 1995 and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

He is a member of the CFA Institute and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
